Just In: Citi FM boss Samuel Attah-Mensah and crew reportedly involved in accident at Asuboi

Eyewitness reports reaching Ghanatribune.com indicates the CEO of Citi Group, owners of Citi FM and Citi TV, Samuel Attah-Mensah and his crew have been involved in an accident.

The accident is said to have occured at Asuboi on the Accra-Kumasi Highway and involved about 5 cars, including two 4×4 Toyota cars, a truck, a trailer and a VIP bus.

It is unknown the health condition of Mr. Samuel Attah-Mensah, also known as Samens and his crew at this time.


Calls for Dualization of Accra-Kumasi highway

Calls are  getting louder for government to dualize the Accra-Kumasi highway as the road has seen so many passengers losing their dear lives due to rampant accidents.

While parts of the road have been dualized, the parts yet to see dualization has been the spots for accidents in recent years.

Just last week, about 14 people lost their lives when two buses and truck were involved in an accident at Kyekyewere on the Accra-Kumasi road, with over 22 people left critically injured.
